Email Configuration when not on our network
When not physically connected to our service (meaning when you are using another Internet Service Provider to get onto the Internet) you will only be able to send email out through VailNet if your mail program uses our securemail.vail.net or securemail.colorado.net mail servers. Your mail program must also be configured with the option "my outgoing mail server requires authentication" checked. This means that every time you attempt to send an email your mail program will first confirm your identity with us by sending us your username and password.
